Wheel-thrown porcelain decorated with stains; slip and underglazes and fired to 1000 degrees Celsius in an electric kiln, glazed and then fired again to approximately 1220 degrees Celsius.
Approximately 13.25” in diametre
This is a “second” because there is a divet in the clay surface on the back of the piece. You can’t see it really well in the photo, unfortunately, but it is about a ¼ of an inch in diametre but not very deep. The piece is still functional, but it is discounted because of this flaw.
